Property and Contact Intake
The fields below are what Intelligent Title needs to open your file. Required fields are marked. Coordinating-party information is optional — supply it if you are working with an attorney, lender, mortgage broker, or other party on the transaction so we can share findings with them at your direction.
Secure payment via Stripe.
When you submit the intake form, you are routed to Stripe for the $149 payment. Stripe processes card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, ACH, Klarna, and Amazon Pay. Your card and bank information are handled by Stripe under Stripe's terms and privacy policy — Intelligent Title does not store payment card numbers.
The $149 is consideration for the title search and examination work Intelligent Title performs on the property you identify. If the transaction closes with a title insurance policy issued by Intelligent Title, the $149 is credited in full against the title insurance premium at closing.
On receipt of your order.
Intelligent Title opens the file the moment your payment is confirmed. Initial response within 24 hours. You will receive two emails: an immediate order confirmation, and a follow-up with any file-opening questions. If you named an attorney, lender, or broker in your intake, we coordinate the file with them at your direction.
